The rosé of our vineyard in Carcès Château Sainte Croix is the fruit of the search for the perfect balance between the fruits, the freshness and the savours of our vines. Its light colour will charm the eyes of your guests.
Just like our rosé Mort de Rire, Pilou Pilou or Infini, this rosé wine is appreciated fresh (between 8 ° and 12 °). To fully enjoy its savours, we suggest you taste it the year following the vintage.
